SJC Computing provides the North Massapequa Fire District with complete IT management. We have brought the district from their old AS400-based dispatch system to their new Windows-based dispatch system. The North Massapequa Fire District was one of the first districts to be completely virtualize their server infrastructure.

SJC Computing has worked with the district on many different projects, including upgrading their camera system from a coax-based NVR system to a completely IP-based system. We assisted the district in upgrading to a dark fiber network, giving the district gigabit fiber connections between all of their buildings. Other projects include Access Control upgrades, ID card system maintenance, Radio system upgrades, PC-to-Mac conversion of all desktops, Disaster Recovery plan and Offsite Backups.
